Directions: flu, colds, bronchitis, sinusitis.   Dosage for internal use (adults only): 15 drops with honey (unless contraindicated) or with a teaspoon of yogurt 2-3 times a day, drinking a hot drink afterwards. Inhalation (aerosol): Adults 15-20 drops in the measuring cup with saline solution; children over twelve, 10 drops into the measuring cup with saline solution. For inhalations: 20-30 drops in hot water, open mouth breathing with your eyes closed. For young children: a few drops on the pillow to help them breathe better at night.
